This cast iron deep well submersible pump adopts a direct-coupled structural design, where the motor is directly connected to the pump body via a sleeve shaft. A water inlet filter is installed between the pump and the motor to effectively isolate impurities in the liquid. The entire unit is submerged in the liquid being conveyed, which helps prevent cavitation (a problem caused by the height difference between the pump and the liquid surface) from occurring in the pump.
The pump relies on the centrifugal force generated by the impeller driven by the motor to transport fluid from underground to the ground surface.
Its application system mainly consists of two parts: above-ground components and underground components:
- Above-ground components: Include control cabinets, cables, transformers, etc.
- Underground components: Include pipelines, pumps, and other accessories.
The above-ground components are connected to the underground components through delivery pipelines extending to the bottom of the well. Typically, the motor part of the submersible pump is installed below the hydraulic section.
