ABOUT NH Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pump
Lined with F46/PFA, this pump operates efficiently within a temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃, delivering a flow rate of 2.5 to 100 m³/h and a head of 15 to 50 meters. It adheres to GB/T5662, ISO2858, and EN733/DIN24255 standards. Built upon the foundation of traditional ZX/ZW self-priming pumps, it incorporates IHF’s advanced fluorine-lining technology, retaining robust self-priming capability (up to 4 meters, with an additional 1 to 3 meters when using a foot valve) while significantly enhancing corrosion resistance. Featuring external bellows mechanical seals and national standard flanges, it requires priming only once before initial use. Compared to submersible pumps, it offers greater economy, ease of maintenance, and extended service life for liquid levels below 1.5 meters. Ideal for biopharmaceutical, petrochemical, and food industries, it is well-suited for handling liquids with solid particle content of up to 5%.
