The HNB (HNB – ZK) type Acid – Resistant Ceramic Slurry Pump is a single – suction single – stage centrifugal pump. The pump body and pump cover are made of acid – resistant ceramic with excellent corrosion – resistance and wear – resistance, and are protected by cast iron armor. This pump has the advantages of corrosion – resistance, wear – resistance, heat – resistance, convenient maintenance, and reliable use. It is suitable for conveying various corrosive media containing suspended solid particles, except hydrofluoric acid and hot concentrated alkali solutions.

*Non-ferrous Metal Smelting: Ideal for various corrosive clear liquids and slurries in hydrometallurgical processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth, etc.
*Paints & Dyes Industry: Various dye slurries, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and alkaline solutions.
*Sulfuric Acid & Phosphate Fertilizer Industry: Various dilute acids, mother liquors, fluosilicic acid, and phosphate slurries.
*Chlor-Alkali Industry: Various hydrochloric acid and liquid caustic soda.
*Iron & Steel Industry: Sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid in pickling systems, as well as acidic wastewater with impurities.
*Water Treatment Industry: Transporting various acidic and alkaline wastewaters.
*Environmental Protection Industry: Spraying and conveying desulfurization agents.
