WQ、JYWQ NON-CLOGGING SUBMERSIBLE SEWAGE PUMP
The pump features the most rational cutting structure currently available on the market, effectively preventing clogging issues. It incorporates a flow-limiting ring to prevent foreign object entanglement and a rotating impeller with cutting blades, which works in conjunction with a fixed inlet base with a blade-like ring to form a powerful cutting system. When the impeller rotates, the edges of the blades move in the opposite direction to the blade-like inlet, ensuring high-efficiency cutting performance. Both the impeller and inlet base are cast and machined to enhance the flow, head, and efficiency of the cutting pump.
Applications
Suitable for discharging wastewater containing solid particles and long fibers in scenarios such as building construction, hospitals, residential communities, municipal engineering, road traffic, and related construction sites. It is also used for engineering drainage, small-scale sewage treatment, rainwater, and sewage discharge.
Operating Conditions
Power Supply: 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz.
Medium Temperature: Generally not exceeding 40°C.
pH Range: 4–10.
Medium Specific Gravity: ≤1100 kg/m³.
Minimum Liquid Level: Must comply with the minimum liquid level (H1) indicated in the installation drawing.
Limitations: Not suitable for highly corrosive fluids or highly abrasive solid particles. Solid particle diameter in the medium must not exceed the maximum permissible size for passage.
Altitude: ≤2000 meters.
Environment: No explosive hazards. No corrosive gases or dust that could damage metal or insulation. Monthly average maximum relative humidity: ≤90% (at 25°C).
Installation Tilt: ≤5° for vertical installation.
