KYW Single Stage Horizontal Centrifugal Pump
The KYW series single-stage single-stage horizontal centrifugal pump is strictly manufactured in accordance with relevant requirements, ensuring stable product quality and reliable performance. It complies with ISO 2858 standards and serves as a modern replacement for conventional horizontal pumps like the IS series and DL series. With a flow range of 1.5–1450 m³/h and a head range of 8–160 m, it is available in over 250 specifications, including standard, extended-flow, and A/B/C trimmed versions. To accommodate different fluid media and temperatures, the same performance parameters are applied in the design and production of related series such as the KYWR (hot water pump), KYHW (chemical pump), KYWB, and other variants.

*Designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to water.
*Maximum operating temperature: 80°C.
*Applications: Industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, garden irrigation, firefighting pressure boosting, long-distance water transportation, heating, bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, and equipment matching.
2.KYWR Series Horizontal Hot Water Pump
*Suitable for heating systems in civil and industrial buildings, including residential heating and hot water boosting, circulation, and transportation.
*Also used in industrial process heating systems, such as power plants, thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, papermaking, and other industrial boilers.
*Maximum operating temperature: 100°C.
3.KYHW Series Horizontal Chemical Pump
*Designed for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles, with viscosity similar to water.
*Applications: Light industry, textile, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries.
*Operating temperature range: -20°C to 100°C.
4.KYWB Series Horizontal Explosion-Proof Oil Pump
*Suitable for conveying non-corrosive, flammable, and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, light industry, chemical, and machinery.
*Operating temperature range: -20°C to 100°C.
*Medium density: <100 kg/m³.
Working Conditions
*System Working Pressure： If the pump system’s working pressure exceeds 1.0 MPa, it must be specified separately when placing an order. *Applicable Medium: For clean water pumps, the medium should be a non-corrosive liquid with insoluble solids not exceeding 0.1% by volume and a particle size <0.2 mm. If the medium contains fine particles, please specify this when ordering.
