MUH Engineering Plastic Low-speed Slurry Pump
The MUH series engineering plastic low-speed slurry pump is carefully designed based on our company’s horizontal pump technology and the advantages of domestic low-speed centrifugal pump structure. The wetted parts of this series pump are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which offers excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding wear resistance (ranking first among various plastics), and strong impact resistance. The pump adopts various sealing forms such as mechanical seal, power seal, and packing seal. It can not only transport slurry containing solid particles and sewage with various impurities but also deliver clear acid and alkaline solutions. It demonstrates unparalleled performance in transporting highly particulate-containing fluids such as hydrofluoric acid, fluosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acids, electrolytes, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, and concentrated alkali.

Extensive application scope
The MUH series pumps have a wide range of applications, primarily used for various acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverage liquids, and alcoholic beverages. Specifically, they are applied in chemical industries for various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali, oil-based slurries or clear liquids; in non-ferrous metallurgy industries, particularly in hydrometallurgy of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, cobalt, tungsten, rare earths, etc., for various acidic liquids, ore slurries, feed slurries (for use with filter presses), electrolytes, and sewage; in fertilizer industries for dilute acids (used in pickling processes), mother liquors, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, seawater, and phosphoric acid slurries; in water treatment and environmental protection industries for various types of sewage (food processing sewage, electroplating sewage, leather processing sewage, pharmaceutical sewage, papermaking sewage, textile sewage, electronic sewage, etc.) and desulfurization (gypsum method and ammonia method); in steel industry pickling systems for sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid positions; in titanium dioxide industry for acid digestion, sedimentation, refrigeration, hydrolysis, washing, and salt treatment; in chemical fiber industry acid stations for citric acid fermentation, neutralization, filter pressing, and wastewater treatment positions, as well as in black metal manganese industry, etc. In addition, this series of pumps can not only replace domestic similar metal and non-metal products in the above industries but also serve as the preferred product for the localization of imported equipment. They are especially suitable for use on filter presses with high solid content. The application scope of this pump can be selected according to explosion-proof areas and non-explosion-proof areas, and explosion-proof motors must be configured for use in explosion-proof areas.

Features: 
*Adopting a structural form with pump covers at both the front and rear, this design facilitates easier replacement of spare parts during maintenance, thereby reducing the user’s operational and usage costs.
*Due to its low-speed operation, the pump’s impeller and casing exhibit enhanced wear resistance and durability, resulting in an extended service life. Additionally, the lifespan of the sealing components is significantly prolonged.
*The lower rotational speed contributes to smoother pump operation and reduced noise levels.
Applicable Range: This pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50°C to 100°C. After replacing the impeller and pump body with other engineering plastics (such as polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, perfluoroalkoxy, and chlorinated polyether), the applicable temperature can reach 120°C.
