HYU/HYM Submersible Corrosion and Wear-resistant Pump The HYU/HYM series submersible pumps with corrosion and wear resistance feature flow components made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) through integral molding. This material is recognized as a novel engineering plastic for pump applications internationally, distinguished by its outstanding properties: among various engineering plastics, it exhibits superior wear resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance, while also possessing excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for conveying acidic and alkaline slurries as well as acidic and alkaline clear liquids within the temperature range of -20°C to 90°C.
Over more than a decade of mass production, the series has been used in thousands of positions, and its temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, wear resistance, and economic operating costs have been acknowledged by users. Therefore, this product is a stable-performance, technologically mature, user-approved, and standardized corrosion-resistant pump product, serving as an ideal alternative to noble metal pumps.

This series of pumps can be widely applied in the following industries:
*Hydrometallurgy of Non-ferrous Metals: Particularly suitable for conveying various acidic liquids, alkaline liquids, corrosive pulp, electrolytes, waste acids, and sewage media in hydrometallurgical processes of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earths, etc.
* Sulfuric Acid and Phosphate Fertilizer Industry: Conveying media such as dilute acids, mother liquors, fluorosilicic acid containing silica gel, and phosphate slurry.
*Water Treatment and Environmental Protection Industry: Capable of conveying various sewage containing impurities.
*Pesticide, Dye, and Fine Chemical Industries: Can convey solvent-containing acidic and alkaline liquids, mixed acids, as well as solvent-containing slurries and solvent-containing acidic and alkaline slurries.
Special Note: If users have special requirements regarding corrosion resistance, the pump body, impeller, etc., of this series of pumps can be manufactured using materials such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF, F2) or polypropylene (PP) according to user needs.
Main Technical Performance
Features:
*The pump body is integrally molded, and the intermediate bracket is made of polypropylene, which not only exhibits excellent anti-corrosion properties but also possesses the strength of steel. Consequently, the pump body demonstrates exceptional stability and reliability during operation.
*The connection between the pump body and the connecting cylinder, as well as the connection between the pump body and the pump cover, both adopt large-pitch threaded connections, facilitating easier installation and maintenance. Since no metal fastening screws are used in the submerged section, there is no concern regarding corrosive damage, thereby ensuring superior overall anti-corrosion performance.
