UHB-ZK Corrosion-resistant and Wear-resistant Slurry Pump
The UHB-ZK series is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump with flow components lined with steel-reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is the latest generation of engineering plastic for pumps, offering superior wear resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance compared to all other plastics.
This series is a novel steel-lined engineering plastic pump designed by our factory, based on a summary of similar products, specifically for handling highly corrosive media containing various fine particles. It features a novel structure, reliable sealing, stable performance, convenient installation and maintenance, and a long service life.
Extensive application scope
applicable to the following industries simultaneously:
*Non-ferrous metal smelting industry: particularly suitable for various corrosive clear liquids and corrosive slurries in hydrometallurgy of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earths, etc.
*Paint and dye industry: various dye slurries, various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, alkali solutions.
*Sulfuric acid and phosphate fertilizer industry: various dilute acids, mother liquors, fluosilicic acid, phosphate slurries.
*Chlor-alkali industry: various hydrochloric acids, liquid alkalis.
*Iron and steel industry: sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid in pickling systems, acidic wastewater containing impurities.
*Water treatment industry: transportation of various acidic and alkaline sewage.
*Environmental protection industry: spraying and conveying of desulfurization agents.
*Non-metallic mining and beneficiation industry: acid washing and pressure filtration of kaolin and bentonite.
Main Technical Performance
Features: It can adapt to different operating conditions and is applicable to both acidic and alkaline clear liquid slurries.
Structure:
*The flow-through components are steel-lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, with a lining thickness of 8-30mm.
*The impeller can be selected as closed or semi-open type according to the medium condition.
*Sealing options include K-type power seal, packing seal, or mechanical seal.
Applicable Media: Nitric acid with concentration below 50%, hydrochloric acid with full concentration, sulfuric acid with concentration below 80%, which can be used for both clear liquid and slurry.
Operating Temperature: 50°C~90°C.
Inlet Diameter: Φ32~Φ400mm, Flow Rate: 5~2000m³/h, Head: within 70m.
